Professors give us theoretical knowledge of various subjects in the college but we are practically exposed to such subjects when we get the training in the organization. It is only the training through which we come to know that what an industry is and processes involved in product development. We can learn about various departmental operations being performed in the industry, which would, in return, help us in the future when we will enter the practical field.
